Caffeine act as a stimulant system for our central nervous system. It can block adenosine, a substance that can draw us sleepy.

1.Pros:

Reducing the adenosine iseases like Pakinson's, Alzheimer's, and some types of cancer.

Making us feel better and alert.

2.Cons:

 (1)Raising our heart rate and blood pressure, which can increase urination or diarrhea.

 (2)Contributing to Insomnia and anxiety plus.

 (3)More of them would be needed as they power down our brain in long term consumption.

 (4)A sudden quit to it may lead to headaches, tiredness, and depression.

1. Caffeine will inhibit adenosine, which slow the release of important brain-signaling molecules.

2. Caffeine can keep us awake and make us more concentrated. But it will also raise our blood pressure and make us feel anxious.

1.Caffeine affect ATP,dopamine and adenosine in our body.Because caffeine and adenosine have a similar molecular structure,caffeine can influence adenosine receptors.

2.Caffeine can make our happy and not tired,so it also is a kind of medicine ,but too much caffeine would affect our health and destroy our body.

2.Caffeine helps us feel alert focused happy and energetic even if we haven’t had enough sleep ,it can also raise our blood pressure ,but it can also raise your heart rate that cause increase urination or diarrhea and contribute to insomnia.

Caffeine will make our nerves more sensitive to extrinsic stimuli and keep our body from falling asleep. 

If you have to work all night, caffeine may be some you need to prevent you from sleeping, but the more coffee you drink, the less effective it will be. You must drink more and more coffee to stop falling asleep.
