1.When water interacts with oxides of nitrogen or sulfur dioxide provided by emissions of the power plants or exhaust gas of the vehicles, it then produces sulfuric acid and nitric acid, which is the main composition of acid rain.

2.By adding desulfurizing scrubbers to the smokestacks of power plants or switch the fuel to low-sulfur coal and natural gas. Oxides of nitrogen emissions can also be reduced with relatively low-cost technology.

 b.(林昱驊) Nitrogen and sulfur dioxide dissolve into rain drops, hydrolysis will happen and make water get sour. To prevent this, we can take public transportation to reduce nitrogen and sulfur dioxide emission.

1.When water interacts with oxides of nitrogen or sulfur dioxide, it will produce acid rain which is more acidic than regular rain.

2.The United States use "cap and trade" to reduce emission of acid rain.

2.The better way to stop the acid rain is making the laws and limit pollution emissions.
